NEET PG 2026 result declared: scorecards, qualifying percentiles and what comes next
NBEMS has declared the NEET PG 2026 result on natboard.edu.in. Over 2.65 lakh candidates appeared. MCC will announce the counselling schedule for MD, MS, DNB and PG diploma seats.

What was announced
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) declared the NEET PG 2026 result on 24 September 2026. The exam was held on 30 August 2026, with a retest on 5 September 2026 for candidates whose exam at Jaipur centres was affected by technical issues. Over 2.65 lakh candidates appeared.
Qualifying percentiles
To qualify, candidates need the minimum percentile set for their category: 50th percentile for General and EWS, 40th percentile for SC, ST and OBC, and 45th percentile for UR-PwBD. The qualifying score for each category is given in the official NBEMS notice.
How to check your result
Go to natboard.edu.in, open the NEET PG section, and download the result PDF or log in to the applicant portal for your individual scorecard. Keep a printed copy: counselling authorities ask for it at registration and reporting.
What happens next
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the counselling schedule for All India quota MD, MS, DNB and PG diploma seats, including deemed and central universities. State counselling authorities run counselling for state quota seats on their own schedules. Check mcc.nic.in and your state authority's website for dates.
Counselling status
As of 25 September 2026, MCC has not yet released the NEET PG 2026 counselling schedule. It is expected on mcc.nic.in, with around 42,000 MD, MS, PG diploma and DNB seats across four rounds, as reported by Careers360.
